    How to Recognise and Treat Hernia

    Hernias occur when a muscle or tissue in the body is torn, making certain parts of the insides bulge out or protrude. The bulge may be the intestines or other internal organs.     Symptoms may not display themselves when you have hernia. It will all depend on what type you have. It would also be best to refrain from lifting heavy objects. Much like other health issues, a healthy lifestyle improves your condition.
